Before Cafe i became a trusted name in Apple device repair, it started with a simple observation.

For over seven years, I was deeply involved in the buy-and-sell iPhone market. Every day, I interacted with customers who were upgrading, exchanging, or purchasing devices. But alongside this growing demand, I kept noticing a recurring problem — when it came to iPhone repair, people didn’t know where to go.

There were plenty of options to buy or sell, but **very few reliable places for Apple repairs**. Customers often struggled with poor-quality parts, unclear pricing, and a lack of trust. Many had already faced bad experiences and were hesitant to repair their devices again.

That gap stood out.

Instead of continuing only in the buy-and-sell space, I decided to build something more meaningful — a place where people could rely not just on products, but on **honest, high-quality repair services**.

That’s how Cafe i was born.

On 26th June 2017, we opened our first store in Rohini, Delhi, with a clear vision:
